Shita-San — The corpse of Shitai-san in the Dense Woods

Shitai-san (死体さん, 'Mr. Corpse', pronounced more like "shee-tai" in regular speech) is a character found in Madotsuki's dreams.

He is found on The Road section of Dense Woods B surrounded by traffic cones. Interacting with him gives you the Stoplight effect, it is an obvious reference to traffic accident deaths.
Using the Cat effect near him causes him to twitch unnervingly.

Shitai-san is one of the more popular NPCs in Yume Nikki. Some fans cosplay as him and there is even a 'Shimeji' of him.

Most fan-made images of him show him sad, probably a reference to the traffic accident he was believed to be killed in.
Unlike most NPCs, he can not be killed, possibly because he is already dead.
